Venezuela promoting community-managed productive model

The Venezuelan government is promoting a new productive model based on the country's organized communities, which receive direct financing to develop self-managed productive projects. The Presidential Council of Communal Government has been created to ensure a direct and permanent link between the executive branch and the organized communities. teleSUR
