Veggie Patties Recipe

I forgot to mention I soak the sunflower seeds and walnuts overnight before using them!
Still bad at talking to a camera lol. Easy and versatile every day veggie pattie just for you ladies! Good for people with hectic lives because you can make a whole bunch and stick 'em in what ever you please! Also a great way to get flax, walnuts, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds and veggies.
