I see your troubled heart
I felt it from the start
The cry of your precious soul
Screaming to be made whole
The pain you feel, does your heart divide
Further into darkness, you just seem to slide
No one will listen to what you have to say
With your emotions they just seem to play
My roots like yours, they started the same
People around me, they were to blame
I can see what you`re feeling, I’ve been there before
But just be patient, someone will you adore
They will love you and fill your heart with all that is right
Pick you up and carry you, together you`ll take flight
They will erase all these feelings, those that are bad
And fill you with love, there where it was sad
One day you will look back at a distant memory
Comforted in knowing, finally you are free
I hope that now your path will change and be as blessed as mine
That the clouds will lift, and the sun on you will shine
You are a precious soul, one day you will see
What a wonderful place your little life could be
Open your curtains and feel the gentle breeze
Embrace it with all your heart, as it your soul frees
