To be bound is a terrible thing
Locked from the world
where morning birds sing.
Racked with terror
of your eternal caging
no one around you
you seem to go crazy
you wish for a way
to escape being bound
you wish and you wait
to just be found
the one thing you do
to help feeling free
is sit all alone
while thinking poetry
