The four ladies have seen improvements in their calorie expenditure, activity levels and sleep quality after the Metria IH1 Lifestyle Assessment Tool showed them where they were falling short. Now, as they close in on finishing the Mission, they'd like to see if their hearts are functioning optimally as well. Time for the Metria IH2 to 'tell them like it is'!
