Van crashes into footbridge, 2 killed

MANILA - Two people died and one was injured after a closed van slammed into a footbridge along Quezon Avenue early Friday. Reports said the van driver had been chasing a taxi because the taxi driver had run over a woman in Balintawak. A rescuer known only as Vener and another man inside the vehicle died in the crash.
