Valentine's Day Sun Catcher

Make a Valentine's Day sun catcher with this SheKnows craft how-to.
1. Cut out heart frame designs from thin chipboard, two of each size
2. Cut out small squares in desired color tissue paper, multiple colors
3. Lay clear contact paper on top of one of the chipboard cutouts
4. Place tissue paper inside hearts over contact paper
5. Place second sheet of contact paper over tissue paper
6. Cut excess contact paper around edge of heart
7. Place second chipboard heart on top of contact paper
8. Place dot of glue at top of heart to attach string
9. Place glue around rest of heart
10. Sandwich the two hearts together
11. Let dry
