V-Star Creations is a Indian manufacturer of inner wear. It is the sister concern of V Guard. V-Star was founded in 1995 by Sheela Kochouseph, the wife of Kochouseph Chittilappilly, founder and chairman of V-Guard and a chain of amusement parks called Wonderla.

V Star is one of the leading inner wear and lifestyle garment brand in South India and Middle East. V Star catalogues a wide range of quality innerwear and lifestyle products for men, women and kids. In 2002 V-Star Creations launched inner wear for women under the brand Vanessa. Vanessa catalogues a variety of bras, panties and camisoles. In 2004 V-Star began tapping the men’s inner wear market with the introduction of Valero, a collection of briefs, trunks and vests. In 2012 V-Star introduced inner wear for youngsters under the names Little Vanessa and Little Valero. In 2013 they launched the new collection of leggings in different colors for women.​

V-Star has more than 30 manufacturing units spread across India. The company also arranges for units run by charitable institutions to employ women to manufacture its women's products, supplying them with the material.
