India News: In the wake of heavy rainfall, Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bhaguna expresses that his first priority is to save those people who are stranded in hotels. He said ,"there is so much problem, we can communicate as communication wires are destroyed, roads are blocks, but we are trying our best to save those people who are still alive.
