Description
On Thursday, Circle stated that they had reached an agreement to merge with Concord Acquisition ($CND@US), a special purpose acquisition company. USD Coin, which was based on the Ethereum (ETH-USD) network and boasts a 3,400% growth rate in terms of the number of coins in circulation, was established by Circle.
