US Troops Secure Compound After Kabul Rocket Attack

At least one person was injured after a rocket landed and exploded near the Italian embassy in Kabul on Sunday, January 17. The explosion caused a fire to break out inside the embassy compound at approximately 9.30pm, with security forces and firefighters quickly on scene to tackle the blaze. Officials confirmed one embassy security guard was injured in the incident, according to local reports</a>.
