Kacher, commander of the US Seventh Fleet, says there has never been a more important time to showcase the strong ties between the United States and the Philippines, at a reception on board the USS Blue Ridge, June 20, 2024. US Ambassador MaryKay L. Carlson said Kacher’s visit to Manila, his first trip as commander of the US Seventh Fleet, was a powerful symbol of the unbreakable bond between the two countries.
