US refuses to extradite Headley.
Description
A Chicago court gets ready to announce the sentence on Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist David Colman Headley, the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. But US prosecutors are going easy on him, citing Headley's cooperation which fetched a conviction for his associate Tahawwur Rana. New Delhi meanwhile is disappointed that Headley is not being extradited for a trial on Indian soil
