US Moves To Overhaul NAFTA

Business Insider reports that NAFTA could be significantly restructured.
On Monday, the US and Mexico announced the preliminary trade deal.
The deal includes stricter rules for autos, textiles, and many other goods.
It also includes new regulations concerning intellectual property and digital goods.
Canada still has to sign off on the deal and make it official.
Trump argues Canada could be excluded from the agreement if they object to its terms.
