US Congress certifies Biden win

United States Vice President Mike Pence declares on Thursday, January 7, the final vote totals behind the victory of Democrat Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, saying the win "shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons elected president and vice president of the United States."
