US Capitol attack: suspect's vehicle remains outside building

The vehicle that rammed into police officers near the US Capitol remains near the scene with its trunk open, while the National Guard and first responders arrive on site. One officer was killed and a second injured after the vehicle rammed through security and crashed into a barrier, forcing the US Capitol into lockdown less than three months after a mob assault on Congress.
