US admits tortured Guantanamo detained was innocent

The US govt had admitted that one of prisoners it detained and tortured in Guantanamo is, in fact, innocent. The legal team of Australian David Hicks was told that Washington does not dispute his innocence. Hicks was sold by an Afghan war load to US forces for US$5,000. He says he was sexually abused, deprived of sleep, beaten, held in solidarity confinement 24 hours a day, and administered unknown medication while in US captivity. teleSUR
