US$4.8 billion ‘horizontal skyscraper’ nears completion in China

Construction is nearly complete on a so-called horizontal skyscraper in China’s southwestern province of Chongqing. The Raffle City Chongqing complex features a futuristic design including a bridge which spans across four of eight buildings.
