Uriah Hamilton - Driving Toward Affection
0 Views • Jun 13, 2014
Description
Has me panting like a prowling cat
In the staccato rhythm
Of frantic desire.
A soldier for love,
I’m more often defeated
Than victorious,
But nonetheless, glorious
In all my lovely downfalls!
I take in
The dirty city at night
Like an insane connoisseur;
I cherish all the chains,
Bolts, stones, and broken beer bottles,
I adore every street corner girl
And speeding car
Driving toward affection.
No matter the day or time or age,
Everything is gorgeously primitive!
