UPSC civil services exam pattern for 2013 changed

The Union Public Service Commission is changing the pattern of exams in Civil Services for 2013. The changes brought about are in line with the process that started in 2011, when the pattern of preliminary exam was changed and the optional subject was done away with. Instead, a common aptitude test was introduced.
