Description

I was expected a full pass by on this, but it appears that this train needed to stop at the depot due to the fact that there was a BNSF southbound behind him and a BNSF northbound departing Longview Yard after the southbound pulls in, plus the both the 2 trains needed to run on main 2, the dispatcher wanted to change plans for UP #5005, and that is the reason he is stopped at the platforn.
