Unkle Teddybear Cooks...Tzatziki Sauce

Today I made tzatziki sauce. The perfect accompaniment to lamg, beef or chicken. Also good for dipping veggies in.

Recipe"

2 Cups or a 650 gram tub of plain yoghurt
1/2 cucumber seeded
4 cloves of garlic (depending on taste, more or less)
1 tbsp of Sunset Gourmet Lemony Dill seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and put into refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
