The United Nations has gone to the dogs — literally. Perth artist Bennett Miller gathered 47 dachshunds and their owners for a performance art piece. Dachshund UN will tour Australia and aims to mock the fact that while UN representatives meet all the time, they accomplish little more than the dogs, and are a lot less cute.
