Understand Agnipath scheme from NSA Ajit Doval

The Government of India announced the Agnipath Recruitment Scheme for Defense Forces in June 2022, under which Indian soldiers would now be recruited for only four years. A major change in the recruitment process of soldiers under the Agnipath scheme was announced by the Defense Minister of India, Rajnath Singh. But still some youth are against it. National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, while explaining in detail about the Agnipath scheme, said that if we have to prepare for tomorrow, we have to accept change. It needs to be look at in a perspective. This Agnipath is not a plan. When Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power in 2014, his first priority was how to make India more secure and strong, for this many steps need to be taken.
