Underprivileged the soft targets?

These class one students discriminated against by their school, humiliated and made to sit separately in class, all because they were admitted in this school under Right to Education (RTE). Reshma, Saleem's mother, said, "Our children are scared. The Govt is paying for their education. We also want our children to be educated." Discriminated because they come from underprivileged families, worse tufts of their hair cut as a mark of insult.
