UNC: DPP CAN PROSECUTE PARIA INDIVIDUALS

The United National Congress... says the Director of Public Prosecutions can act.. OUTSIDE of the recommendations of the Commission of Enquiry into the Paria Diving Tragedy.. to criminally charge INDIVIDUALS at Paria Fuel Trading Company.
This goes against the Commission's recommendations in the Paria Report.., which says consideration should be given.. to charging the COMPANY with corporate manslaughter.
