UK not pausing AstraZeneca vaccine rollout

Several countries have put on hold the rollout of the AstraZeneca vaccine over fears the shot could cause blood clots. But regulators in the United Kingdom have a different response. In the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson says all evidence suggests the AstraZeneca vaccine is safe and effective and there's no reason to pause the programme.
