UK elections: David Cameron returns, promises EU vote

Prime Minister David Cameron and his conservative party won a victory in the British general election held on Thursday, 7th of May. The vote was a stunning disappointment for the opposition Labour party. The conservatives made gains in England and Wales and secured 327 seats, giving them a majority, according to the Guardian.
