UK Business Visa

The UK Investor Visa, also known as Tier 1 Investor Visa, is no longer available for new applications as of May 2024. However, if you already hold one or had one within the last year, you may still be eligible to:

Extend your existing visa for 2 years.
Apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residency) in the UK.
Apply for visas for family members to join you.
In the past, the Investor Visa allowed high net worth individuals to live in the UK for an initial period of 3 years and 4 months with the possibility of extension or permanent residency after meeting investment requirements. These requirements included:

A minimum investment of £2 million for at least 2 years.
Proof of the funds' origin and legal ownership.
Investment in UK registered companies through share capital or loan capital.
