Uganda, Kakoro: Bednet distributions

Two parishes, Tekwana and Kakoro, covering 12 villages in Kakoro sub-county were the recipients of these nets. Nets were distributed to all women and children under 15 in a close-to-blanket coverage. Kakoro is a high-risk malaria area. In 2006, 144,000 of 331,649 hospital cases were for malaria. Kakoro's villages are: Kabekun, Maizimasa, Sogono, Okuruka, Kakoro, Bukatikoko and Kadoto.
