Udta Punjab Gets 'A' Certificate By CBFC

So we finally have Udta Punjab ready for release. Yes, it has been cleared with a run time of 148 minutes and also an A certificate.. For all the waiting we did, this is the end result. Udta Punjab recently has been in the news for its 89 cuts by Censor Board to which Bollywood stars have reacted in their own way.

It also came into news yesterday when its original print got leaked online. With Shahid proving his mettle in Haider, Udta Punjab is another film which would test his abilities. And by the looks of the trailer we can see he has done a great job.

However the Shaandaar Jodi of Shahid and Alia have now come back again and everyone is eager to find out how they would fare now. Shahid’s ex Kareena is also part of the flick. All in all enough masala to go watch the 148 minutes hai na?
