A critical operational phase has begun at the Port of Spain General Hospital.
This morning, the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure formally issued the "Taking-Over Certificate" and handed over the keys of the new Central Block to the Ministry of Health.
This major transition officially transfers the risk, security, and maintenance of the multi-million-dollar facility over to healthcare administrators.
