Description
She's stuck like Caesar
stabbed in the back
by the Senate; after all,
sex is only dancing.
Are you afraid of God?
She says
her pounding femoral artery
keeping me awake.
Broken blood vessels
bruise purple as
vulgar plums, shocking
white flower contrast.
The eyes of the city flick on
in gathering dusk
like little shining kisses.
I watch the leaves
that fall and echoing;
the clocks face sinks
at your arrival; hands
outstretched to meet you.
