This candle lit room shows nothing but me
You look closely still there's nothing to see
The dark space around is as empty as me
Yet it's the only place that I want to be

It's like a haunted house inside of my head
Everything that was living is now dead
My mind just can't breathe anymore
no-one to be held responsible for...

The cold air against my neck like a blade against my wrist
I can't move, it's holding me down, I can't resist
The wind is holding me down to the ground
My mind control just can't be found

Nine inch nails pierce through the door
No escape, not anymore
White cushions against each wall
To protect me for my mental downfall

I'm not breathing, my pulse can't be found
You don't see the little people wandering around
You think I took my own life coz the blades in my hand
They control my body just you don't understand
