Two years after Uttarakhand tragedy, scars remain

Tragedies pass but their scar remains. One such tragedy which marked North India forever was the June 16 2013 Uttarakhand tragedy where several lost lives and have remained missing till date. People lost their relatives, families and friends in the calamity. On the intervening night of June16-17 flash floods triggered by heavy rains in major rivers left over 4,000 persons dead across five districts.
