Two people including a child killed in separate blazes

Two separate house fires in Melbourne have claimed the lives of a woman in her fifties and a young child. The little boy died when his family home in Dandenong caught fire. Police believe a heater sparked the blaze and that's prompted them to issue a safety warning.
