Two kids go missing after receiving balloons from strangers

On February 27, 2011, eight-year-old Ban-Ban and her four-year-old brother Ot-Ot were playing outside their home in San Pedro, Laguna when two men selling balloons passed by. The two kids chased after them and were seen taking balloons from the strangers. That was the last time they were seen.

Where are they? And what happened to them?
