Two dodge dummy guard, escape from Argentina prison

Walter Pozo and Cesar Andres scaled a fence and perimeter wall before escaping from the short-staffed prison, where staff later admitted only two out of 15 watch towers were manned. Many of the security cameras at the prison in Neuquén province were also out of action due to budget cuts. The guard, nicknamed "Wilson" like in the film Castaway, was unavailable for comment.
