Mexican paramedics rush a man to hospital in Monterrey.
He was injured after an unknown attacker lobbed a grenade into a strip club on Friday, killing at least two people.
Inside, a victim lays on the floor near the bar.
Police arrived on the scene after emergency services and secured the entrance.
Monterrey was once a peaceful oasis for the middle class.
Now authorities say it is in a downward spiral of lawlessness and drugs, a trend President Felipe Calderon has been unable to stop since taking office five years ago.
