Two Bears Rescued by Boat

In May 2015 Animals Asia launched a daring rescue, one they considered to be the most difficult they would ever attempt. The rescue included transporting two moon bears across Vietnam’s Quang Ninh province to reach their new home in Animals Asia’s expansive sanctuary in Tam Dao National Park. The goal is to have both bears live out the rest of their days in the sunshine alongside a community of other moon bears.
