Twisted Rose - Why?

Why am I tortured so?
Feeling all the punches that they throw
Just hitting me, left and right
All I was tried to do was be polite

Trying to be good, not a single punch did I throw
Why was I his mortal foe?
What did I do to make him mad?
What did I do to be treated this bad?

Leaning against the wall
I started to bawl
This is why, on this very night
Im going to say that I’m not alright

So early this morning, i went down
In the middle of this very town
Got a rope and tied it so
Suddenly my breath would slow

Late that night i was found
Strangled to death and tightly bound
I did not struggle when i died
I just committed suicide
