TWIN FIRES have burst onto the scene in a blur of blood, whiskey and their blistering rock and sulphur-scented blues. The trio have taken their love of the American South and blended it with the scorching sounds of Aussie rock to produce songs that will tear the rug from beneath idle music lovers and force them out onto the dance floor .Ed Worland (vocals, guitar),
Jake Farriss (lead guitar, vocals) and Josie Leicht (bass) have learned a lot over their years of performing.

Each a multi-instrumentalist - their individual stories and talents exceptional in their own right. This project has come together and created something; with songs that belie there are only three of them. Experiencing them live is an exercise in white-knuckled, roaring adrenalin, with quaking drums, thrumming bass, heart-shaking harmonies and guitar riffs that cut you to the quick. In the final few months of 2015, their explosive and energetic
live performances saw them share the stage with Dune Rats and be added to the Vanfest 2015 bill alongside Chet Faker, Matt Corby, John Butler, Illy and Stickey Fingers. They spent time in the studio with renowned Producer Tony Buchan (The Preatures, The Falls, Tim Finn, Andy Bull), creating their debut EP ‘This Time I’m Fine’. The first single released in to the world from the EP was the blistering 'Two Hands', which came out in Feb 2016 accompanied by a video clip shot by Stefan Hunt.‘This Time I’m Fine’ due for release mid-2016.
