twilight by the river - A so called life

Yesterday was the last chapter of my life
I cut my soul open with a knife
To set my sorrow free
But along the way i lost the key
There is no turning back no remedy
Only shattered hopes filling the air
Loosely hanging to a thread of despair
Colours keep turning to black
Trying to survive this life wreck
Just on my way out
But i lost the key
Shadows are flying everywhere
Yesterday i was lost
And what bitters the most
There is no turning back no remedy
