An independent musician and songwriter, Twerdy started playing guitar and writing songs while traveling and surfing around the world at the age of 18, although she has been singing for as long as she can remember. An angelic voice ‘which cuts right through the listeners heart and soul’ commented one listener, but not of a voice on the radio, it was at one of her many street sessions. In her performance space listeners feel the ‘Twerdy Experience’ and become immersed in the music, often staying longer than anticipated in Twerdy’s world. Twerdy has toured spreading her magical experience to crowds throughout Europe. With influences from talented musicians such as Cat Stevens, Katie Melua, Birdy, Gabrielle Aplin and Ed Sheeran, Twerdy has been working tirelessly together with Grammy award winner and internationally renowned producer Matt Lawrence. Her first Single ‚Passing Through‘ is available now and her EP ‚Minalia‘ will be released soon.
