Input: Ranger Btn
Output: Fire
Line 01: Btn == 1, Ranger > 0 -> Fire = 1;
Line 02: Btn == 1, Ranger == 0 -> Fire = 0;
Line 03: Btn == 0 -> Fire = 0;
