In part 1 of this two part tutorial, I demonstrate how to calculate linear regression to find the slope and y intercept of a line that most closely 'fits' the underlying chart data. This is done using a spreadsheet and then the equivalent calculation is doen inside a TradeStation EasyLanguage show me study.
