A single tear escapes my eye,
As I look up at the starry sky.
I wish I could hold you close, hold you tight,
Under the stars, in the moonlight.
I've never felt love like this before,
So far away, it's you I adore.
Just one touch, and I feel my pulse race,
Just one look brings a smile to my face.
As I bow my head and begin to pray,
It's you I long to be with for all of my days.
This is what my dreams are made of,
You and I so deeply in love.
What I wouldn't give for just one kiss,
With you and I in wedded bliss.
