TTPSSWA: PCA HEAD LOOKING FOR RELEVANCE

President of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Social and Welfare Association, Gideon Dickson, is calling on the Head of the Police Complaints Authority to apologise or resign. In an interview with TV6, Dickson says he was disturbed by recent comments made by the PCA Head following the police killing of a mentally unstable man, and adds, it appears the PCA is trying to QUOTE "become relevant".
