Justice Nadia Kangaloo declares the appointments of Gary Griffith and Mac Donald Jacob to act as Police Commissioner void and un constitutional. As Jacob's appointment in any event expires at midnight tonight, it is uncertain for how long the TTPS will be void of someone at its helm as the body to put forth a candidate is also vacant of members.
