His arms wrapped around me
I know I'm always safe here,
The kisses on my cheek and forehead
I always want him near,
Our fingers intertwine now
And I know that he's the other part,
The missing half that I've needed
To put back together my heart,
My body fits perfectly to his
And when I'm cold he warms me,
Just a single touch sends tingles through
But it's not what people see,
All they really see is the glow in my eyes
And the smile on my face,
My heart will skip a beat
But I know this is the place,
The place where I will always belong
Where he can hold me close forever,
And I can honestly truely say
That there is not going to be a never.
